Details
Join me for a fun workshop to learn the skills to needle felt a project! Workshops are scheduled throughout the year or you can organise your own. This is a great activity for birthday parties, girls’ get-togethers, hens’ nights, craft groups etc. Children’s workshops are also available.
Workshops are held at my dedicated studio in West Melton, Canterbury, online (half day projects only) or at an arranged venue (HeartFelties workshops are available throughout New Zealand – please contact me for further details). Numbers are limited for each class.
Each project includes all the materials required. I will provide a foam block and several felting needles for you to keep. Additional felting tools are available to purchase. No previous creative experience is needed – just an open mind to learn and free use of hands.

Weekend Workshops
(Saturday and Sunday 9.30am – 4pm both days)
All materials, tools and instructions provided with plenty of refreshments and good company.
- Workshop fee ($300) includes daily morning and afternoon teas, all materials and a lovely environment to create in. Please email any dietary requirements.
- Places are limited.
- I will provide a foam mat and two felting needles for you to keep. Additional felting supplies are available to use during the workshop and I have extra supplies available for purchase if you want to continue with needle felting.
First day: Making the wire armature. Creating the underbody.
Second Day: Placing the eyes. Adding the fur. Markings. Finishing details.

Cancellation within 7 days of the workshop will incur a 50% forfeit of the total price.
A full refund is available until a week out from the workshop date.
